  [1] For a Quarter (Split-Half) of Beef, all steaks must match on thickness and cuts between the two halves.
       Customer may get a call if thickness or cuts must be changed to match the other half.
  [2] Customer must choose either Chuch Roast or Chuck Steak, not both.
  [3] Must choose Rib Steak (Bone-In) or Ribeye (Boneless), not both.
  [4] The Specialty Cuts of NY Strip and Boneless Tenderloin take the place of the Traditional Cuts of T-Bone and Porterhouse.
  [5] Customer must choose Sirloin Tip Roast or Sirloin Tip Steak, not both.
  [6] Burger Patties have a minimum of 15 pounds per order. One per bag packaging - .03 pounds added.
  [7] There is an additional charge for orders of Stew Meat over 10 pounds.
